Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Andrea is a physiotherapist with vast experience in therapy and rehabilitation. Following her graduation from NYP and Curtin University of Technology in 1995 and 1998 respectively, Andrea spent 8 years with Gleneagles Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Hospital under the Parkway Group where she had the opportunity to gain a wide and varied interest in outpatient rehabilitation of back/neck pain, arthroscopic surgeries, degenerative joint conditions and her key subinterest - neurogeriatric rehabilitation. While with Parkway, Andrea had the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in several falls prevention and screening programs in the heartlands.
In 2003, wanting a wider perspective of the healthcare system and exposure to a more varied patient group and diagnosis, Andrea moved onto TTSH where she spent 5 years, rotating in the outpatient department, inpatient orthopaedics and neurogeriatrics rehabilitation.
Andrea is passionate about prevention and self-management and believes that is the key to achieving the best rehabilitation outcomes. As such, she spends considerable time in patient education, talking to patients about ergonomics and the necessary lifestyle modifications for their conditions.
Prior to PhysioSports, Andrea was the Rehab and Homecare Manager of Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.

Shaun Toh Shao Hong graduated with a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Nanyang Polytechnic in Year 2012.
With more than 10 years of experience in Sports Massage, Shaun first started out by providing sports massages for school athletes and triathletes to hone his hands-on skills during his schooling days. After graduation, he joined National Heart Centre of Singapore as a Physiotherapist specialising in acute care of patients in cardiovascular medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injuries.
Shaun further pursued his studies at Trinity College, Dublin and graduated in Year 2014 with a Bachelor (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Whilst in Dublin, Shaun had the opportunity to be trained by their local physiotherapists on various treatment techniques for musculoskeletal, spine and neurological conditions. This exposure broadens his perspective and aided him in his clinical reasoning in the management of his patients upon return to Singapore.
Giving credits to his steadfast reputation as a clinician physiotherapist in his work, Shaun was headhunted by Raffles Hospital in Year 2014. Shortly after joining Raffles Hospital, he was promoted to the Senior Physiotherapist position, being the youngest Senior Physiotherapist at that time. During his stint at Raffles Hospital, Shaun has had the opportunity to work with various high level Athletes from around the world, widening his scope of practice in different types of sports and musculoskeletal injury management and treatment for such clients.
Shaun is frequently invited overseas by various organisations to give courses in the area of Sports Massage, as well as by luxury resorts to be the in-house Physiotherapist for their VIPs. Active in the sports scene, he was previously the Chief trainer for Safra Running Club (TP) and in-house Physiotherapist for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Singapore. Shaun also holds certification in other areas such as Dry Needling and DMA Clinical Pilates.
Shaun is highly sought after for his expertise in Sports Massage and Clinical Massage Therapy. Sharing his love and expertise in the field of massage, Shaun is also the Head Lecturer for Sports Massage and Myofascial Release courses under FHYSIO since 2016.
